1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Billnox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About Billnox
Billnox is a time tracking, reporting, and invoicing workflow tool for solo freelancers and independent contractors. During open beta, features may change as the product is improved.
3. Open beta status
Billnox is currently in open beta. The service may contain bugs, incomplete workflows, downtime, data issues, or changing features. You should review important reports and invoices before sending them to clients.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and use Billnox only for lawful purposes.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the client information, work notes, time entries, reports, and invoice information you enter into Billnox. You grant us permission to process this data only as needed to provide and improve the service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Billnox, attempt to disrupt the service, access accounts or data you do not own, upload malicious content, or use the service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
7. Invoices and financial records
Billnox helps organize time and invoice information, but it is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing invoices, billing terms, taxes, and compliance requirements before sending documents to clients.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Billnox available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical issues, or beta changes may affect availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billnox is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Billnox evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
